The Visit Britain website offers a “London Pass”. It advertises the following: “See over 50 of London’s top attractions. Save up to £500 in entrance fees”. Can a person actually “see” 50 plus sites with the pass?

Is a day pass with Visit Britain, the travel agency a 24 hour pass or valued for only the “day”? Is the pass worth paying $68.50 for a “day”.

The offering for the pass is that it will get a person in to some 50 plus sites but can a person go to enough sites in a day to pay for the pass? More on the pass… Keep watching this post.

I met a new friend from Texas while here. She was one who camped out by Westminster Abbey. She said that in the night, or rather, early morning…. about 4:00 a.m. they had a full rehearsal of military regalia including horses, buggies, weapon holding and marching as they practiced for the wedding of our century.

As I write this blog, William and Kate are in Westminster Abbey having their traditional marriage rehearsal . They came with their family and wedding party in a length of cars . The LIVE scene includes a run-through of the wedding events. We’ll keep you posted on this and so much more so visit often!

So, today, Dame Edna was in London to watch out for Wedding Crashers! We’ll watch for her as we make our way towards Westminster Abbey!

The entire world is interested in this Royal event. At every turn there are people talking about it and buying memorabilia . All of the people are in place. London is bustling with people who are loving all of this Royal Watching.

The weather is so beautiful! It has been about 55 with highs in the 70′s. We’ve already begun our watching and sight-seeing.

The five of us arrived in the United Kingdom today and entered the Royal domain through Heathrow Airport. It was a long day as we had a long layover in Cincinnati.

When we got to the UK, we got our baggage, picked up my ladder and prepared to find travel arrangements to get to our Best Western Hotel.

At every turn, the faces of Kate and William are all around so it is obvious that the couple is part of the advertising campaign for tourism. While this may take millions and millions of dollar of money, there is no question that it will bring in great amounts of money.

The Bridesmaids and Pages will perform the traditional role of Bridesmaids and Pages on the day. They will be with the Bride on the morning of the wedding, accompany her down the aisle and return with the newly married couple up the aisle. The Bridesmaids and Pages will also have places in the Carriage Procession from the Abbey to Buckingham Palace.

All the Bridesmaids and Pages were chosen jointly by the couple.
